SD18 Store

A complete production e-commerce platform for a cricket and sportswear brand, taken from zero to a working storefront with AI as a core part of the build, architecture, backend modules, storefront, and integrations. Runs on Medusa v2 with a Next.js storefront, Razorpay and COD payments, Shiprocket fulfillment, Cloudinary media, and a Sanity blog, deployed on AWS. The Razorpay, Shiprocket, and COD payment plugins were created for this project and extracted as open-source packages.
